Duties
- Engage with potential customers through various channels, including door-to-door outreach and community events, to promote solar energy solutions.
- Conduct thorough assessments of customer energy needs and provide tailored solar solutions that meet their requirements.
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to manage leads, track customer interactions, and follow up on inquiries.
- Deliver compelling presentations that highlight the advantages of solar energy, addressing any questions or concerns from clients.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate installation plans and customer satisfaction post-sale.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and advancements in solar technology to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
Experience
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in technical sales or energy sales environments.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Familiarity with outside sales strategies, including door-to-door techniques.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems is advantageous but not required.
