Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee the execution of solar EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large-scale solar construction projects, ensuring safety compliance, budget adherence, and timely project completion. This role requires coordination with engineering teams, subcontractors, and project stakeholders to deliver high-quality solar energy solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Project Execution & Management : Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of solar construction projects from inception to completion.
- Site Supervision : Ensure proper site preparation, installation, and commissioning of solar PV systems, in adherence to engineering designs and project specifications.
- Safety & Compliance : Enforce strict adherence to safety regulations, OSHA standards, and company safety protocols on job sites.
- Budget & Cost Control : Manage project budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-saving strategies while ensuring quality standards.
- Stakeholder Coordination : Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and project management teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Subcontractor & Vendor Management : Oversee subcontractor performance, negotiate contracts, and manage procurement schedules.
- Quality Assurance : Ensure all work meets industry best practices, client expectations, and regulatory requirements.
- Permitting & Inspections : Work with local authorities to obtain permits and schedule necessary inspections.
