We are currently seeking sales professionals that are CLOSERS (or are ready to become one!) No sales experience is required for this role.
Solar is a no-brainer for homeowners, especially in this market. If you're confident in your sales ability, THIS is the position for you!
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Go door-to-door in order to schedule appointments, providing a consultative sales approach.
- Work your way up to Team Leadership and Management roles - there's UNLIMITED upward mobility here!
- Effectively communicate the benefits and cost-savings of a switch to solar (we'll teach you!)
Qualifications
- No sales experience is required for this role.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience in door-to-door sales or outside sales is a plus but NOT REQUIRED
- Ability to learn and use CRM & Software
- Ability to communicate effectively, with multilingual or bilingual skills a plus
- Leadership qualities and a proactive approach to sales initiatives
