Lead & Inspire – Manage a top-tier team of door-to-door solar warriors.
Strategize for Success – Develop creative canvassing approaches to get more doors open and more deals closed.
Track & Improve – Analyze performance, adjust strategies, and crush goals every month.
Level Up Your Team – Keep your squad sharp with ongoing training in solar tech, sales tactics, and community engagement.
What You Bring to the Table:
Proven leadership in D2D sales or canvassing – Solar experience is a plus, but if you’ve led a successful team, we want to talk. Equity is on the table for the right leader.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $150,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
