Position Overview
The Graphic Designer Project Coordinator will play a pivotal role in managing design projects from conception to completion. This individual will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure that all graphic design work aligns with our brand vision and marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management: Oversee multiple design projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand guidelines. Distribute tasks to other members of design team.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments and owners
- Design Creation: Develop high-quality graphics for print and digital media, including social media, websites, labeling, packaging, promotional materials, etc. Photo shoots and video editing
- Quality Assurance: Review design work to ensure consistency and quality.
- Timeline Management: Create and maintain project timelines, adjusting as necessary to meet changing priorities and deadlines.
- Customer Liaison: Communicate with franchise owners or departments to understand their needs and expectations, presenting design concepts and revisions.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with branding and marketing principles.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required, major or significant coursework in Art, Graphic Design, or related disciplines highly preferred.
- At least three years of related work experience highly preferred.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $53,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 40 per week
