- MUST HAVE : Prior experience with corporate benefits, health insurance, COBRA, retirement and disability administration
- MUST HAVE : Time management and ability to change priorities as needed
- PREFERRED : Proficiency with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and benefit enrollment platforms

Job Specs :
The Benefit Specialist is responsible for administering and managing the company’s employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, life insurance, disability coverage, and other perks, ensuring accurate enrollments, addressing employee inquiries, and staying compliant with relevant regulations. They will essentially act as the primary point of contact for employees regarding their benefits package.
