Sunflower Bank, N.A. is looking for an energetic, highly motivated individual to fill the full-time position of Construction Loan Administrator in Plano, TX . The Construction Loan Administrator performs a wide variety of duties pertaining to the oversight of construction draw processing for construction loans. Under the Credit Program it makes updates and revisions, it reports out to the Board, committees and makes other ad hoc reports. It ensures data integrity through the maintenance and review of loan data and it coordinates audits / examinations.
- Initiate coordination among lending staff, customers, inspectors and contractors to ensure proper tracking and compliance with the construction loan program.
- Review and approve construction third party inspection contractors for inclusion on bank- approved vendor list.
- Adhere to the Loan Program requirements for construction loans.
- Ensure draw requests are complete and include all proper documentation.
- Coordinate monthly third party inspections of construction projects.
- Conduct construction site inspections in accordance with loan program requirements.
- Maintain and monitor construction database and files.
- Provide customer with appropriate documents and forms in accordance with bank procedures.
- Maintain regular contact with lenders, customers and contractors in order to resolve problems.
