Sunflower Bank, N.A. is looking for an energetic, highly motivated individual to fill the full-time position of Loan Documentation Specialist Lead in Plano, TX . As a Loan Documentation Specialist Lead, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and complete Commercial / Consumer loan documentation in accordance with approved Credit memoranda to ensure proper lien completion and compliance with federal and state regulatory issues, bank policies and procedures.
- Knowledge of Laser Pro documentation system.
- Validate information on commercial entity structures.
- Discuss complex loans with Upper Management and In-House counsel
- Communicate with Lenders and RAs to compile information for loan documentation.
- Maintain current pipeline report.
- Maintain knowledge of current Credit Policy and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain and validate Flood Certification process to include knowledge of FEMA guidelines.
- Support Manager to evaluate & update the adequacy and effectiveness of procedures, processes and internal controls as needed.
- Support Manager in providing training to Doc Prep team, to include but not limited to remediation efforts, changes to processes, regulatory changes & annual compliance overview topics.
