Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify behavioral needs and goals.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on diagnostic evaluations and data collection.
- Implement and monitor behavioral therapy interventions in various settings.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to care.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and adhere to medical terminology standards.
- Provide training and support to staff and caregivers in implementing behavior intervention strategies.
- Regularly review and analyze data to assess the effectiveness of interventions and make necessary adjustments.

Qualifications
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
- Experience working with children, particularly those with autism or other developmental disabilities.

Pay: $64.52 - $69.79 per hour
