What You’ll Do as a Float Pool Caregiver
- Step in when needed to cover shifts across days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays, ensuring seamless resident care.
- Support residents by assisting with ADLs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, meal support, and mobility to promote their comfort and well-being.
- Provide companionship and engage residents in activities to foster a sense of community and belonging.
- Help maintain a clean and safe environment, including infection control protocols.
- Accurately document care provided and communicate any changes in residents' conditions with the caregiving team.
What You Bring to the Role
- Experience as a CNA or in a similar role as a Nursing Assistant, Home Health Aide, or Direct Support Professional.
- Adaptability to thrive in a flexible, on-call environment with varying schedules.

- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
