About the Position
Sunflower Construction is currently seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to manage our large-scale commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
Responsibilities:
- Project planning and budgeting
- Subcontractor and vendor management
- Client communication and relationship management
- Risk management and issue resolution
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
- ~7 years of project management experience in commercial construction
- ~ Proven track record of managing projects with budgets ranging from $5 million to $50 million
- ~ Strong knowledge of commercial construction methods, materials, and building codes
- ~ Experience managing multiple subcontractors and vendors simultaneously
Compensation and Benefits
$120,000 - $150,000 per year performance-based bonuses
