We strive to create a supportive, nurturing environment for our clients, their families, and our team. Position Overview : We are seeking a compassionate and flexible On-Call RBT / BT to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a dynamic schedule and is ready to step in when additional support is needed. As an On-Call RBT / BT, you will implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Key Responsibilities : Deliver 1 : 1 therapy to clients based on their individualized treatment plans. Collect and record data accurately during sessions.
Support clients in achieving communication, social, and daily living skills. Collaborate with families and the clinical team to ensure the success of each client.
Be available to work on an as-needed basis, including filling in for absences or emergencies. Qualifications : RBT certification preferred but not required;
training may be provided for the right candidate. Experience working with children or individuals with developmental needs is a plus.
Flexibility and reliability to work on short notice. Strong communication and organizational skills. Physical ability to engage in active play, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform job-related tasks.
