Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and flexible On-Call RBT/BT to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a dynamic schedule and is ready to step in when additional support is needed. As an On-Call RBT/BT, you will implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver 1:1 therapy to clients based on their individualized treatment plans.
- Collect and record data accurately during sessions.
- Support clients in achieving communication, social, and daily living skills.
- Collaborate with families and the clinical team to ensure the success of each client.
- Be available to work on an as-needed basis, including filling in for absences or emergencies.
Qualifications:
- RBT certification preferred but not required; training may be provided for the right candidate.
- Experience working with children or individuals with developmental needs is a plus.
- Flexibility and reliability to work on short notice.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Physical ability to engage in active play, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform job-related tasks.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Schedule:
This is an on-call position with no guaranteed weekly hours. Shifts will vary based on need and may include evenings or weekends.

Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check and other hiring requirements.
Salary : $24 - $27
