Position Overview
We’re looking for a Construction Foreman who leads by doing — someone who’s just as comfortable swinging a hammer as they are coordinating subcontractors. This role is about setting the pace, keeping the team aligned, and jumping in wherever needed to keep projects moving forward.

- Review project scope, budget, and timeline with the Project Manager
- Create weekly work plans and ensure everyone knows what’s next
- Manage material acquisition and coordinate timely deliveries

- Maintain high-quality craftsmanship and hold all trades to our standard
- Keep the site secure, organized, and ready for inspections or showings
- Communicate with subcontractors, vendors and homeowners
- Upload daily progress photos in CompanyCam for documentation
- Move tools, appliances, or the work trailer as needed
What We’re Looking For
- 3 years of experience leading construction crews in the field
- Skilled trade background strongly preferred (carpentry, drywall, finish work, etc.)
- Deep understanding of residential construction and renovation workflows
- Someone who’s not afraid to get their hands dirty and lead from the front
- Strong communicator, self-starter, and critical thinker
- Takes pride in quality work and believes in building things the right way
Pay & Benefits
- Pay: $30–$35/hr depending on experience
- Mileage Reimbursement or company-provided vehicle
