Position Overview:
We're currently seeking a full-time painter with drywall skills to assist our house flipping crew with painting and drywall tasks on various projects. From repairing drywall damage to painting entire houses, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our properties look their best before they hit the market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete painting projects with precision and attention to detail.
• Perform drywall repair and installation as needed to prepare surfaces for painting.
• Working collaboratively with our team to complete painting and drywall tasks on schedule.
• Ensuring high-quality finishes that meet our standards and impress potential buyers.
• Assisting with other aspects of the flipping process as needed to support project completion.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in residential painting and drywall repair, preferably in a similar work environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality workmanship.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (mileage reimbursement provided).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve project goals.
• Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and take on new tasks as required.
