What are the responsibilities and job description for the Electronic Visit Verify (EVV) Clerk position at Sunglo Home Health Service Inc.?
Contact clients/care partners to resolve questions, inconsistencies, or missing data. Confirm accuracy of and reviews dates and times to make necessary corrections in Vesta system. May assist with billing and reporting functions. Generate reports and responds to inquiries regarding entered data as requested. Function in accordance with HIPPA guidelines and able to work independently while contributing to team expectations. Accomplish daily goals effectively and adhere to scheduled working hours. Follow policies, procedures and instructions. Perform other job related duties as required. Must be highly detailed oriented.
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing; skill in records maintenance; ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports; knowledge of billing procedures; basic data entry and/or word processing skills; ability to verify data input and correct errors; ability to use independent judgment; ability to manage confidential information; ability to interact successfully with people. Bi-lingual and able to multi-task
