Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Landscape Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces, ensuring they are healthy, attractive, and functional. Duties
- Perform groundskeeping tasks including mowing, edging, and trimming to maintain the appearance of lawns and gardens.
- Execute tree trimming and pruning to promote healthy growth and safety.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to operate and maintain various landscaping equipment and tools.
- Install and maintain hardscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
- Conduct lawn care activities including aeration, fertilization, and pest control to ensure optimal lawn health.
- Use hand tools and power tools effectively for various landscaping tasks.
- Irrigate landscapes efficiently to promote plant health while conserving water resources.
- Assist in planting, transplanting, and caring for flowers, shrubs, trees, and other plants in gardens.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and ensure all equipment is stored properly after use.
Requirements
- Previous experience in landscaping or groundskeeping is preferred but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of tree trimming techniques and plant care practices is a plus.
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair landscaping equipment as needed.
- Familiarity with hardscape installation processes is advantageous.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy materials and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality work.
- A valid driver's license may be required depending on job responsibilities.

Pay: $164.46 - $198.06 per day
