JOB SUMMARY:
Housekeeping performs custodial work in offices, warehouses, industrial areas, and other building interiors.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Housekeeping performs to the following tasks:
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms.
- Clean, mop, wash, buff, and vacuum floors.
- Empty trash.
- Maintain outside walk areas including sweeping debris and washing walkways.
- Maintain landscape: water, cut and trim shrubs and grass.
- Clean and polish fixtures.
- Remove recycling materials.
- Track and order maintenance supplies.
- Clean windows.
- Dust furniture
All other duties as assigned.
- Painting (safety poles, lane marking etc...)
- Shrink wrap machine operator
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: None
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
- Consistently at work and on time.
- Day shift position but hours may fluctuate depending on workload
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
