Warehouse Specialist
The Warehouse Specialist is primarily responsible for providing outstanding customer service and operational oversight for Sunland Logistics Solutions, Inc. customers by utilizing highly, in depth knowledge of customer products, procedures and processes in a Safe working environment. The Warehouse Specialist provides support to production and management as required.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure efficient and safe operation of all material handling equipment
- Assist in establishment of work schedules
- Ensure implementation of work schedules and effective assignment of job duties for efficient completion
- Conduct operations in a manner which promotes safety
- Control and authority over all aspects of inventory and order management
- Manage inventory control and quality assurance for customer products
- Direct Control over traffic, IT and operation processes that affect a positive outcome in the area of customer service
- Provide timely feedback to customer regarding service failures or any other concerns
- Communicate all problems and concerns with KPI's
- Identify and damages and report to management
- Communicate with management and team members daily
- Responsible absenteeism relief
- Other duties as assigned
