Job Position: National Account Executive
Position Summary:
We supply a wide range of natural and organic raw ingredients, including Nutraceuticals, Probiotics, Amino Acids, Sweeteners, Plant-Based Proteins, Dietary Fibers, Vitamins, Minerals, and various Organic powders and extracts. Our ingredients support dietary supplements and functional food and beverage markets, strongly focusing on sustainability and innovation. This role involves prospecting potential accounts, customer/product discovery, quoting and negotiation, market intelligence, product applications, sales and marketing activities, and compiling business case scenarios.
Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Oversee accounts from initial quote to delivery and ensure ongoing service.
- Sales & Satisfaction: Close deals, achieve targets, ensure customer satisfaction, and generate orders, quotes, and
forms, and even special orders according to company standards.
- Core Product Sales: Focus on the core product portfolio while promoting the full range of offerings.
- Cross-Selling: Leverage internal relationships to cross-sell and showcase company value.
- CRM Management: Use the CRM platform to log activities, update sales pipelines, manage customer inquiries and notes, and ensure accurate order information. Generate reports, analyze data for strategic decisions, and use insights to improve customer relationships and streamline processes.
- Reporting: Compile and deliver monthly and quarterly sales and other related reports.
- Trend Analysis: Identify and report trends in the market.
- Customer Solutions: Understand and meet customer needs with relevant solutions.
- Product Demonstration: Showcase product characteristics, and specifications and resolve customer queries.
- Growth Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive profitable growth in the short-term and
long-term through efficient communication.
- Trade Show Promotion: Actively engage in and complete tasks related to the promotion and active participation
in the company’s annual and regional trade shows
- Business Travel: Regular customer visits and monthly traveling are required.

Experience:
- Experience in the nutraceutical industry is required.
- 3 years of sales or customer-facing experience in the nutraceuticals, food & beverage, or functional ingredients industry is required.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a business or science-related field
