We are looking to hire a Quality Controller who will be in charge of the quality control of incoming products and ensuring quality control procedures are followed on the production line. More over he/she will control the observance of production processes and he will be also responsible for collecting and preparing samples for chemical analysis and in some cases for conducting chemical analysis. Reporting directly to the QC Supervisor and the EHS and Quality Manager he/she will play a key role in the quality of our production line. Job requirements Key Responsibilities include: Inspect, test, or measure semi-finished or finished products being produced and measure products with rulers, calipers, gauges, or micrometers Monitor operations to ensure that they meet production standards Collecting and preparing various samples for chemical analysis Accept or reject semi-finished or finished products and remove the products that fail to meet specifications and record his findings in SAP. Report inspection and test data such as weights, temperatures, grades, moisture content, and quantities inspected Qualifications & Skills: 2 years’ experience in a similar position Bachelor’s degree in, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or similar educational institutions Solid knowledge of MS Office Knowledge of ERP (preferably SAP) Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Must be authorized to work in the United States Despite your experience and skills, you never stop learning, cultivating an out-of-the-box thinking, a growth and entrepreneurial mindset, embracing ownership and agility.
