Main Responsibilities

• Develop a thorough understanding of our products, services, and pricing structures to effectively promote and sell to customers. 
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Provide relevant information on warranties, price, delivery times, understanding their needs, and offering suitable solutions.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the existing client base.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Support sales team with lithium orders and supporting sales coordinators with order entry with lithium.
• Be a technical support for sales team and sales coordinators related to lead, lithium and chargers.

Sales: Expectations and Duties:

• Support sales team while traveling on business or on vacation.  This includes the Sales Directors and team, OEM/National Accounts Directors and team.
• Quoting support for lead acid, lithium systems, chargers, and accessories.
• Manage demo fleet for sales team of lead acid, lithium systems and chargers.   
• Manage used and surplus inventory by pushing out the inventory information to the market.
• Support demos with pulling data, analyzing reports and building presentations for sales team to distribute.
• Help OEM Sales Manager maintain selector guides for all OEM Forklifts.
• Maintain distribution/service network and map.
• Oversee new account setup of new agent business with both US systems.

Technical Support: Expectations and Duties:

• Create new lithium batteries for the sales team.  Works with Germany/Greece to make sure new lithium batteries are created in all systems.  Updating selector guides with new OEM Sales Manager with new battery information.
• Coordinate and track lithium batteries needed to be submitted for UL Listing with Germany.
• Makes sure DSP or ERP system has new products added and is up to date.
• Help support commissioning of lithium system with the sales team and lithium team if needed.
• Supports sales team with tray design on lead acid and lithium systems.  

Customer Support:

• Exhibit integrity and reliability in all job responsibilities, fostering a culture of honesty and trust.
• Ensure daily responsiveness by promptly addressing and providing answers to customers.
• Work closely with the customer support team to address customer inquiries and concerns related to Sunlight Battery operations.
• Strive to enhance customer satisfaction through effective communication and issue resolution.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills:  

• College Education is recommended but not required
• Exceptional team working skills.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in the energy industry is a plus.
