We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Community Liaison to join our team. This role is essential in bridging the gap between our organization and the community, fostering relationships, and promoting our programs and services. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a background in sales, social work, or public health, and a commitment to enhancing community well-being.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with community stakeholders, including local organizations, government agencies, and residents.
- Manage projects related to community outreach initiatives and program development.
- Conduct public speaking engagements to promote awareness of our services and initiatives.
- Utilize social media platforms for marketing purposes to engage the community effectively.
- Collaborate with social workers, case managers, and Director of Nurses to help win discharges and clients.
Requirements
- Previous experience in Home Health, Hospice, Home Care, etc.
- Background in social work, public health, or related field is preferred.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead initiatives from conception to execution.
- Excellent public speaking skills with experience presenting to diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with social media management for effective community engagement.
- Ability to market programs effectively within the community.
- Current relationships with various hospitals, rehabs, hospice, and home health care companies.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with individuals from various backgrounds.

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
