Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Papillion, NE. The Caregiver will be responsible for providing direct personal care and companionship, assisting with daily living activities, ensuring home safety, and helping clients maintain their independence. Duties include medication management, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and transportation to appointments. The Caregiver will work closely with clients to create a supportive and nurturing environment.
Qualifications
- Personal care skills - bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Household management skills - meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry
- Companionship skills - engaging in conversations, accompanying clients on walks, and providing emotional support
- Medication management skills - administering medications and monitoring health conditions
- Transportation skills - valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to accompany clients to appointments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in caregiving or related field is a plus
- Certification in CPR and First Aid is preferred
