This is a full-time role for a Clinical Manager at Sunlight Senior Care. The Clinical Manager will oversee day-to-day clinical operations, conduct training sessions, and ensure quality improvement initiatives are implemented effectively. While the role is based in Omaha, NE, candidates should be willing to go to the Lincoln area occassionaly.
Qualifications
- Clinical Operations and Quality Improvement skills
- Experience in Training and Home Care services
- Knowledge of Medicine and healthcare practices
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field
