This role assists in multiple ways and may include:
- Orientation and On-Boarding assistance
- On-going caregiver training
- Caregiver retention and morale boosting
- Team/Office Support
- Open / start cases
- Fill-in open shifts as needed
- On-call from time to time.
Skills and Qualifications requirement
· Minimum 3 years’ experience preferred.
· High school diploma or GED required.
· Familiarity with medical terminology a plus!
· Excellent communication skills and ability to provide high level of customer service in a fast- paced environment.
· High degree of professionalism, attention to detail and effectiveness.
· Experience with private residence in home care scheduling desired.
LIFTING REQUIREMENTS:
· Ability to perform the following tasks if necessary: Ability to participate in physical activity. Ability to work for extended period of time while standing and being involved in physical activity. Heavy lifting and transfers. Ability to do extensive bending, lifting and standing on a regular basis.
Additional Notes- A Reliable vehicle & Drivers license is a MUST!
This position requires flexibility to be on call and work after hours as needed.
