What are the responsibilities and job description for the Punch Out Crew Foreman position at Sunline Civil Construction Inc.?
Sunline Civil Construction is an established Underground Utilities Company operating out of Palm City, Florida. You MUST have at least 3 years experience, be able to work in the Treasure Coast area and have a valid drivers license.
Duties
- In charge of closing out jobs and completing punch lists
- Complete inspections with different municipalities
- Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that work meets industry standards and project specifications.
- Must be able to work with main line pipe crews to ensure job completion in a timely manner
- Train and mentor crew members on best practices in safety, equipment operation, and construction techniques.
- Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure compliance with project requirements.
Requirements
- Must have experience with installation of water, sewer and drainage systems
- Ability to operate various tools and equipment safely on-site.
- Excellent leadership skills with a focus on team development and safety compliance.
- Must follow company safety protocols and guidelines.
- Must have a valid license
