Job Description

We are looking for reliable, motivated individuals to join our team as Solar Installation Crew Members . In this role, you will work as part of a team to install solar panels and related components for residential properties. This position is ideal for individuals with a passion for renewable energy, hands-on work, and an eagerness to contribute to a growing industry.

Key Responsibilities :

Solar System Installation : Assist with the installation of solar panels, inverters, wiring, and other electrical components on residential rooftops.
Tool & Equipment Handling : Properly use and maintain tools and equipment to ensure efficient and safe installations.
Teamwork : Work closely with other crew members, following direction from the Crew Lead and ensuring smooth, efficient job completion.
Safety & Cleanliness : Adhere to safety standards and protocols at all times, ensuring both personal safety and the safety of others on-site. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Physical Labor : Perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, climbing, and working in various weather conditions on and off roofs.

Requirements & Qualifications :

Experience : No prior solar experience required, but familiarity with construction or electrical work is a plus.

Physical Fitness : Ability to lift up to 50lbs, work outdoors, and perform physical labor as part of a team.

Safety Awareness : Understanding of safety protocols, with the ability to follow instructions to ensure a safe job site.

Team Player : Ability to work well in a team environment and follow instructions from the Crew Lead and management.

Driver’s License : Reliable transportation to and from work is preferred, but not required.

Competitive Pay : $18-$24 per hour, based on experience Bonus.
