- Competitive Pay: $22.00 to $40.00 /hr depending on experience & drive time bonus

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Install solar photovoltaic (PV) systems on residential and commercial properties.
- Perform site assessments to determine optimal placement of solar panels.
- Coordinate with project managers and team members to ensure timely and efficient installation.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to solar system installations.
- Complete necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and on time.
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential or commercial solar installation.
- Proficiency in installing solar PV systems, including mounting, wiring, and connecting components.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and principles.
- Has own powertools.
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to safety protocols.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely.
Salary : $22 - $40
