We are hiring a regional member service representative to float to our capital region financial centers.
- Training for this position will be at our Latham office.
Business Hours : Monday & Tuesday 9am - 4 : 30pm, Wednesday 8am to 4 : 30pm, Thursday & Friday 9am to 6pm, Saturday 9am to 1pm. Employees are scheduled 36-40 hours per week with rotating Saturdays off. Actual shift may vary based on branch opening / closing / balancing needs.
Starting pay, $22-24 / hr based on experience.
The primary purpose of this position is to provide legendary service to members by welcoming them to the financial center while providing information regarding our credit union services.
Candidates should have a high school graduate / equivalent or higher with a minimum of one-year sales / customer service experience. Prior banking experience preferred. Ability to meet sales goals, strong attention to detail and communicate effectively. Computer proficiency within Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
