About Us : Located at 2465 E Sunrise Blvd, Ft Lauderdale, FL 33304, The Sunness offers a modern twist on classic American cuisine, featuring locally sourced ingredients and a warm, inviting atmosphere. Were committed to delivering top-notch service and unforgettable meals to our guests.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Warmly greet and seat guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly first impression.
  • Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently to optimize seating.
  • Provide guests with menus and inform them about daily specials.
  • Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and dining area.
  • Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and care.

    • Qualifications :

  • Previous experience as a host / hostess or in customer service preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of OpenTable a plus but not required.
  • A passion for hospitality and providing excellent customer service.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
