About Us : Located at 2465 E Sunrise Blvd, Ft Lauderdale, FL 33304 , The Sunness offers a modern twist on classic American cuisine, featuring locally sourced ingredients and a welcoming atmosphere. Were committed to delivering exceptional food and unforgettable dining experiences to our guests.

Position : Sous Chef

Key Responsibilities :

Assist the Head Chef in overseeing kitchen operations and ensuring high culinary standards.

Prepare and cook dishes to perfection, following our menu and recipes.

Supervise and train kitchen staff, fostering a positive and efficient work environment.

Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, adhering to food safety standards.

Help manage inventory, ordering, and cost control.

Qualifications :

Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role in a fast-paced kitchen.

Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and culinary best practices.

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
