We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Farm Worker to join our team. The Farm Worker will contribute to the overall success of farm activities, including planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops, there is no livestock, only plants.
Duties
- Operate and maintain farm hand tools.
- Assist in planting, cultivating, and irrigating, and harvesting crops in fields
- Handle heavy lifting tasks associated with moving materials and produce.
- Monitor crop health and report any issues to management.
- Utilize basic math skills
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations while working on the farm.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in farming or agricultural / horticultural work is preferred but not required
- Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks safely and effectively.
- Basic math skills for performing measurements and calculations related to farming tasks.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
