Responsibilities
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions to support clients in their mental health journey
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on clients' needs and goals
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans
- Provide crisis intervention and support as needed during sessions
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for clients
- Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions and coping strategies
- Stay current with mental health research and best practices to inform therapeutic approaches
- Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
- Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or equivalent or eligible for licensure
- Strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic techniques and methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
