We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Lead to join our team in Sunnyvale, CA. In this role, you will lead the design and development of New Product Introduction (NPI) projects while eYectively collaborating with key customers across North America.
Responsibilities:
As a Technical Lead, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Leading the design and development of NPI projects, serving as the primary technical interface for key customers in North America.
- Driving innovation by contributing to the development of next-generation camera modules for major clients.
- Facilitating clear and eYective communication both internally and externally, ensuring optimal resource allocation for project development.
- Navigating through technical uncertainties, adapting to rapidly changing scenarios, and making informed decisions to deliver cutting-edge technology solutions to our customers.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering/science field.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant industry experience in designing camera hardware or related optical systems, or equivalent project management experience in a similar field.
- Demonstrated technical expertise in establishing and managing project KPIs, assessing technical risks, and critically evaluating engineering decisions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to eYectively engage with key customers in North America and coordinate internal resources.
5. Proficiency in both English and Mandarin.
