Position Overview

Location

Sunny Speech Inc. (DBA Sunny Pediatric Services) proudly serves the Tallahassee and Crawfordville, Florida. Enjoy the beautiful Florida sunshine with access to over 700 miles of trails, fishing, birdwatching, and local sports events—there’s something for everyone!

What You’ll Be Working On

Conduct evaluations and provide therapy for infants and young children (birth to age 3) in their homes, daycares, or via teletherapy

Develop and implement individualized care plans based on evaluations

Educate and collaborate with parents, caregivers, and teachers on therapy techniques and child development

Document progress and maintain detailed patient records

Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care

What We’re Looking For

Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

Florida OT license (or eligibility for licensure)

Experience or strong interest in working with infants and toddlers

Passion for early intervention and feeding therapy

Ability to work independently while collaborating with a supportive team

Medicaid credentialing (or willingness to obtain) preferred
