WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
As a Store Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of both Jacksonville stores, ensuring that our brand values and customer experience standards are upheld. Responsibilities include:

Leadership & Team Development:
- Hire, train, and develop a team of high-performing sales associates (Wellness Coaches).
- Foster a positive and engaging work environment.
- Conduct ongoing coaching to improve sales performance.

Sales & Customer Experience:
- Drive sales growth through customer engagement and strategic initiatives.
- Ensure consistent and knowledgeable customer service at both locations.
- Implement sales goals and incentive programs to motivate staff.

Operational Excellence:
- Maintain store presentation and inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Community Engagement & Brand Representation:
- Build relationships within the community to enhance brand awareness. Participate in and organize local events to promote Natural Life’s mission.
YOU MAY BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU:
- Have 3 years of retail management experience, preferably in health & wellness, specialty retail, or customer-focused industries.
- Possess strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
- Have a track record of driving sales and improving store performance.
- Are passionate about natural wellness and holistic health.
- Have excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Are comfortable managing multiple locations and adapting to different store needs.
