Duties
- Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly demeanor.
- Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings.
- Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen staff efficiently.
- Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
- Handle cash register transactions accurately, including cash handling and credit card processing.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, providing assistance as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Adhere to food handling safety regulations and maintain proper hygiene standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a server or hospitality role preferred,
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to upsell menu items effectively.
