We have generated an extensive product portfolio that includes frozen dispensed beverages, cold dispensed, hot dispensed and beverage enhancers .
We are seeking a Shipping & Receiving and Inventory Cycle Counting Coordinator. Duties include acting as the main point of contact for shipping and receiving operations and overseeing inventory cycle counting. The role involves greeting and logging drivers, verifying bills of lading (BOL) and Certificates of Analysis (COAs), checking raw materials and packaging materials, and staging material deliveries. Additionally, based on cycle counts, the coordinator will identify materials that need reordering.
Responsibilities also include visual inspection of inbound and outbound freight, ensuring accurate data management in SAP, and maneuvering products around pallets to verify that labeling aligns with BOL requirements. The role requires strong computer skills, the ability to safely operate industrial trucks, and the capability to troubleshoot issues as they arise. Excellent communication skills are essential, particularly when interacting with Plant Management.
Candidates should also possess above-average computer skills, be responsible for label creation, and have knowledge of ERP systems. Familiarity with shipping & receiving operations is required, and knowledge of our products is a plus.
