What are the responsibilities and job description for the Patient Services Representative position at Sunnybrook Chiropractic Corp?
We have an opportunity available here at Sunnybrook Chiropractic for a positive front desk receptionist to join our team.
As our Patient Services Representative you will play a vital role in the clinic as the first point of contact for all of our patients. You will be the first face they see representing the clinic upon arrival and the last one they see on their way out. A good cadidate for this position is someone attentive to detail, capable of multitasking, with good verbal and written communication towards any and all patients, providers and/or employees.
Duties include (but are not limited to):
- Greet all patients with a welcoming smile
- Answering incoming/outgoing phone calls
- Handle incoming/outgoing faxes
- Verify insurance benefits
- Manage patient scheduling
- Scheduling physician referrals
- Collect payments (ex: co-pay)
- Other duties as needed
Beneficial Skills :
- Chiro-touch/Jane Software
- Multi-tasking
- Organization
- Bi-lingual preferred, but not required
- Customer Service Oriented Communication
Compensation: Dependent on experience
Monday - Friday : 8:45am – 6:00pm/close**

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
