As a Dental Anesthesiologist, you will provide specialized anesthesia care to pediatric patients during in-office surgical procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety. You will collaborate closely with Pediatric Dentists and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient experiences and address the needs of children with varying degrees of dental anxiety or disabilities.
Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited Anesthesiology Residency
- Current, valid medical or dental license in good standing
- Required certifications include PALS, BLS, DEA, etc.
- Demonstrated capability in anesthesia delivery, including intravenous deep sedation and general anesthesia
- Ability to work closely with dental teams, including surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
