Job Responsibilities
The Registered Dental Hygienist plays a vital role in delivering quality dental care to our patients. Some key responsibilities include:
- Providing quality and compassionate care to every patient
- Delivering direct patient care to patients, including scaling and prophylaxis, x-rays, application of sealants and fluoride, and related procedures, under the general supervision of a dentist
- Offering excellent customer service by looking for opportunities to provide Same Day Care
- Educating patients and parents in oral hygiene instruction
- Assessing the dental condition and needs of patients and reviewing patients' medical history
- Adhering to all government regulations and company standards
