As a Dental Anesthesiologist, you will play a crucial role in our mission by providing specialized anesthesia services for pediatric patients during in-office surgical procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level anesthesia care to children and young adults during Office-Based surgery days
- Work closely with Pediatric Dentists to optimize patient cooperation through skilled anesthetic administration and airway management
- Focus on patients who require more than local anesthesia, such as those with dental anxiety or specific physical or cognitive disabilities
Qualifications:
- Completion of an accredited Anesthesiology Residency
- Current, valid medical or dental license in good standing
- Required certifications include PALS, BLS, DEA, etc.
- Demonstrated capability in anesthesia delivery, including intravenous deep sedation and general anesthesia
- Ability to work closely with dental teams, including surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
