As a primary provider, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality dental care to a diverse patient base, primarily consisting of children and young adults. You will work collaboratively with a supportive team to provide excellent patient care, participate in continuing education opportunities, and contribute to the growth and development of our practice. We offer a comprehensive compensation package with guaranteed base pay in excess of $200k, uncapped earning potential, sign on bonus, student loan repayment assistance, and comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance plans, HSA/FSA, short term disability/long term disability and basic life insurance plans, 401(k) retirement plan, and company paid malpractice insurance coverage.
