Job Opening: Assistant Director
We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Assistant Director to join our team! The ideal candidate must meet all California Title 22 requirements and have at least one year of administrative experience in a preschool or childcare center.
Qualifications & Requirements:
✅ Must meet California Title 22 licensing requirements.
✅ Minimum of one year of administrative experience in a preschool or childcare setting.
✅ At least 3 child development units in administration (units in infant/toddler development are a plus!).
✅ Monday–Friday availability with flexibility to work opening, mid, or closing shifts as needed.
✅ Will spend part of the day in the classroom as a floater, supporting teachers and children.
✅ Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
✅ A deep passion for child development and early education.
✅ Ability to foster a positive and supportive environment for families and staff.

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
