Sales Strategy Development and Execution
We are seeking a skilled Sales Director to develop and execute a clearly defined sales strategy that supports consistent census growth in all skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve census growth targets
- BUILD and maintain positive working relationships with referral sources, including hospitals and other healthcare organizations
- Mentor and support direct sales staff and community marketers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
- Provide strategic oversight of sales activities and participate in the sales process and community outreach
- Establish and maintain accountability for direct sales staff and community marketer's activity
- Monitor and report on sales performance and provide insights to inform future sales strategies
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of the dynamics, politics, and culture of referral sources and the ability to build and maintain viable partnerships
