Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute quarterly strategic sales plans for each community
- Lead sales calls and hold monthly and quarterly sales meetings to ensure seamless admissions and census growth
- Maintain a working knowledge of pertinent arenas including government agencies, community outreach programs, advocacy organizations, and all payor sources
- Work closely with direct supervisor, COO, VP of Operations, and local Administrators to create and execute winning strategies
