Job Duties:
- This person will be working with general contractors, architects, vendors and internal staff, while performing take-offs, developing proposals, providing submittals, securing contracts, and other project management responsibilities.
- Fast-paced environment requiring strong problem-solving, communication, multi-tasking & computer skills, as well as attention to detail. Successful candidates will be positive, can-do, get-it-done individuals that enjoy substantial detail.
Job Functions:
- Complete a detailed review of architectural plans, making sure that the finished project meets the intent of the architect. Fully understand the scope of work that has been awarded, as well as the timeline for completion.
- Lead internal cross-functional teams throughout the process, following the individual project timeline, ensuring that milestone dates are achieved. Maintain a constant line of communication with all appropriate team members, as well as the customer.
- Train, and manage teams of installers and subcontractors, ensuring projects are completed to the highest quality standards on time and within budget.
- Manage all components throughout the life-cycle to deliver each project w/in budget guidelines. Plan ahead to minimize the potential for risk &/or added cost.
- Maintain clear and accurate documentation of each project.
- Maintain a positive relationship with the customer to ensure that the company is delivering on their expectation.
Position Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of extensive project management experience in commercial construction.
- High-level organizational skills.
- Solid customer service communication skills.
- Strong experience leading cross-functional support teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Well versed in reading and understanding Architectural plans.
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
- Demonstrated multi-tasking capability

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
