We are looking to hire a Medical Receptionist with excellent interpersonal, organizational, and administrative skills. Our Medical Receptionists are expected to be compassionate and discrete, with superb time management and record-keeping skills.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting patients and checking them in and out.
- Scheduling appointments and managing patient records.
- Verifying insurance and collecting payments
- Handling phone calls and managing communication between patients and healthcare providers.
- Updating and maintaining electronic health records including documenting patient histories and other relevant information.
- Completing insurance forms and other administrative documents.
- Communicating effectively with healthcare professionals, patients, and other staff.
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure efficient healthcare delivery.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working as a Medical Receptionist, 3 years experience
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
