Sunnyview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Human Resources Generalist who is ready for a challenge and wants to make a difference in the lives of older adults. As the HR Clerk / Facility Recruitment and Retention Coordinator you'd be part of a collaborative team, managing program and leading staff in all human resources matters. The ideal candidate would enjoy working with people, have a healthcare background, and a BSC / BA in human resources. This position is vital to the success of the organization in recruiting and retaining the best possible employees. This position is held by an essential employee and is vital to maintaining the quality of care given to our residents and patients during the coronavirus / COVID-19 pandemic and beyond.
